Our Support Workers

Our nurturing, caring Support Workers make all the difference to us and to you. The Love to Assist team see their role not just as a job, but as making a real difference in the lives of real people.
AT Love to Assist we understand how difficult it can be for Participants with a revolving door of Support Workers coming into your life. That’s why we provide not just one Support Worker, but a team that works together to ensure your weekly requirements are met.
With your own personal Team Leader, it’s as simple as picking up the phone to arrange some assistance. Your Team Leader will keep you up to date with upcoming events, make sure you’re happy with your Support Workers, and be a caring ear to listen to your needs and help you meet your NDIS goals.

Let us do all the hard work for you. Our dedicated team leaders and extensive team of support workers means you are sure to find the “right fit” for your support needs.

Support Worker Safeguards

For your safety and peace of mind all our Support Workers have NDIS clearance and undergo a thorough screening by us before joining the Love to Assist team. They are also covered by our insurance should the unexpected happen, and receive well above award entitlements for their hard work.

Transport

At Love to Assist we understand that it’s just as much about the journey as it is about the destination. Our distinctive 8-seater bus is both comfortable and safe, allowing you to interact with other Participants while transporting you to community events and social outings. We also offer extra seats to your family and friends so you can enjoy special occasions with your loved ones.

Fair pricing

We believe in pricing that benefits both our Participants and our Support Workers. Compared to industry standards, our Participants pay less, while our Support Workers earn more. Our prices come in under the NDIS price guide and we take care of our Support Worker’s insurance, tax, payroll and superannuation. We also ensure that your Support Worker has had all those important checks to ensure your safety and peace of mind.
