Hollee has developed excellent interpersonal skills through her involvement in community programs, including volunteering as a Kids Club Leader and coaching touch football. These experiences have strengthened her ability to encourage, support, and connect with people of different ages and abilities while creating welcoming and inclusive environments. She is confident navigating challenging situations and uses patience, clear communication, and a calm approach to find positive outcomes.
Her previous experience as a Dispensary Technician has also provided Hollee with valuable knowledge of healthcare, medication processes, and the importance of accuracy, confidentiality, and compassionate customer care. Alongside her experience in retail and hospitality, Hollee has developed strong problem-solving skills, reliability, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
Hollee’s energetic personality, sense of humour, and commitment to supporting others make her a wonderful addition to the Love to Assist team. She is passionate about building positive relationships, encouraging participation, and helping those she supports feel comfortable and included.
